
Originally from Sydney, Tiffany’s journey into Pilates began as a client seeking strength and recovery. Discovering how transformative it was for her own body, she trained as an instructor, completing anatomy, mat, and reformer certifications through Studio Pilates and KX Pilates Academy in Australia.
Her teaching philosophy is built around control, alignment, and empowerment. Tiffany guides clients through reformer-based workouts that build strength, flexibility, and body awareness without compromising joint integrity. Her sessions focus on precision and flow, helping clients rediscover balance and coordination while improving posture and muscle tone.
