Sam draws on over a decade of coaching experience and a background of service in the Parachute Regiment and private security. His work focuses on extending clients’ health span — enabling them to stay stronger, healthier, and pain-free for longer.

Sam’s coaching philosophy combines accountability with practicality. Using physiological testing and data tracking, he creates tailored programmes that align with each client’s physical goals and lifestyle demands. His structured, evidence-based approach allows busy professionals and athletes to maximise progress without compromising recovery or time.
