
Philip’s background spans elite sport, including roles with Manchester City, Fulham FC, and Bolton Wanderers, as well as Wimbledon Tennis Championships. He holds a BSc in Sports Science and an MSc in Strength and Conditioning from St Mary’s University.
His coaching is grounded in the science of performance. Philip integrates sports-specific methodologies with Hooke’s holistic framework to build programmes that enhance power, endurance, and precision. He has worked with professional boxers and motorsport athletes, transferring principles from high-performance environments into tailored training for all fitness levels.
