
With over twenty years of experience in sports science and manual therapy, Kinga is passionate about teaching sustainable movement and injury prevention. She holds a Master’s degree in Sports Science and numerous specialist qualifications including SOMA Therapy, ELDOA, CHEK, and PICP Coaching.
Kinga begins by assessing lifestyle, movement patterns, and function, then creates tailored plans to address weaknesses and optimise overall performance. Her approach blends biomechanics, rehabilitation, and corrective exercise to improve posture, mobility, and strength.
Her philosophy centres on lifelong learning and the pursuit of balance. She encourages clients to understand how their bodies move and adapt, using her depth of experience to translate complex training science into practical, lasting results.
